HSW is a registered Florida For-Profit Corporation that has been in business since 1989 and has trained hundreds of men and women with disabilities. We provide a working environment for people with disabilities to become skilled workers to earn an income and receive a full benefits package.

Currently, we have a workforce of over 45 employees, where more than half suffer from disabilities including polio, spinal cord injuries, birth defects, cognitive and hearing impaired, who need and want to work.
